PROMOTING REFERRALS WITH SELFIE SPOTS
“Pics or it didn’t happen!” All too common nowadays. If you didn’t post a photo, did you even do that cool thing? Or go to that fun place? 🤷 Invite your residents to bring their friends to the community and take fun pics in front of your Instagrammable walls - they can show off their community and also take photos for a chance to win a prize ;)
Now, there are a few different parts to this Daily Dose, Sprouters. It’s simple, but takes some teamwork!
Part 1- Build a “grammable moment”:
Check out the photos we have below. Those are some good examples of some attractive photo walls that are sure to catch your resident’s attention. Whether it’s balloons, flowers, paint, or whatever else you can think of, they all make a fabulous photo op!

Here’s a DIY version: you can also put a few large canvases together in the shape of a rectangle or square on the wall and staple balloons or flowers all over!

Make sure to download this sign and place it at any “selfie spot” you create around your community so your residents know - it’s selfie time!

Part 2- Inviting your residents to come take photos for a prize:
The whole point of building these super fun, super eye catching photo op walls is so your residents will want to bring their friends to the community and take photos with them (or of them ;P). This will create a talk trigger for referrals! Sprouters, you’d be surprised what people will do for the ‘Gram!!!
Make sure to post the social squares below so your residents will get the memo and take a peek at the walls you’ve built! You can even throw in a little bonus - for example, if a resident posts a photo with a prospect or the prospect alone posts a photo and tags/hashtags your community and adds a location pin, they will win a gift card or another prize of your choice!
