Ingredients
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
Dash salt
3 Tbsp milk (any kind)
1 Tbsp oil, or melted butter
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions:
Spray a microwave-safe mug. Stir in dry ingredients, then add milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips. Microwave 70–90 seconds until just set, rest 1 minute, and enjoy.
