When it comes to keeping a pulse on what residents truly love, Roxalana Hills Apartments is absolutely blooming! For the second consecutive year, their Sips & Succulents party was a massive success, returning by popular demand as a staple spring event. The team showed incredible heart, turning a simple event into a personalized, high-engagement experience that residents requested again and again.

What Made It Special:

Roxalana Hills took the stress out of planning by using Sprout’s Sips & Succulents event pack, utilizing the ready-to-go invitations, social media graphics, and flyers to ensure everything looked polished and professional with minimal effort.

However, they added their own personal twist that residents absolutely adored:

Creative Customization: Residents painted their own flowerpots before potting their new leafy roommates, adding a personal, artistic touch to the event.
Atmosphere & Engagement: While painting and planting, residents enjoyed a curated, relaxing atmosphere with snack trays and a wine-tasting experience.

“We discovered your Sips & Succulents event pack a few years ago, and it quickly became a favorite among our residents. We added our own little twist by having residents paint their own flowerpots before planting their succulents, and they absolutely loved it. It has since become one of our most requested events each spring.

For our setup, we typically purchase small succulent pots along with acrylic paints and brushes. We create snack trays and we offer a variety of wines for residents to taste test while they paint. The experience is always a big hit!

That said, your pre-designed materials truly make the event so much easier for us to execute. We especially love that the invitations, social media graphics, and event flyers are all ready to go-it saves us so much time and helps everything look polished and cohesive.”
