This month, we're celebrating three communities that showed just how much heart can go into resident appreciation. These events are a wonderful reminder that resident retention isn't about extravagant budgets—it's about creating moments that make people feel seen, welcomed, and proud to call your community home. Hidden Hollow Ice Cream Sandwich Grab & Go

Hidden Hollow proved that you don't need an elaborate event to make a big impact. Their grab-and-go ice cream station featured classic ice cream sandwiches alongside Klondike bars for an extra sweet touch. The Waypointe Dog Days of Summer Chewy Bar

Waypointe took Yappy Hour to the next level!
