 Let’s put it in action:

  1. Catch the negative thought - write it down in your phone or in a journal.

  2. Did you find a negative thought? Ask yourself “WHY?”. Why do you want that promotion? Why do you feel a certain way?

  3. Adjust your thought pattern in just 17 seconds by answering your WHY. Come up with a positive thought to replace the negative one you had initially.
