EVENT #2: GRAB & GO: charcuterie cups
Creating these charcuterie cups is a breeze!
Start with a base layer of crackers or breadsticks. These provide a foundation and can be easily reached.
Add a variety of cheeses and meats. Use skewers or toothpicks to hold rolled meats and cheese cubes together, making them easier to handle.
Place fresh fruits like grapes or berries in the cups. If using apple slices, dip them in lemon water to prevent browning.
Top with olives or pickles for a tangy touch and/or garnish with fresh herbs to add a touch of color and a hint of aroma. Simply tuck small sprigs of rosemary or thyme into the cup.
