Follow-up With Your Residents
This week has been TOUGH. We know it, you know it, and your residents certainly do too. Check in on how they are actually doing. Especially your older residents! They need all the extra love right now.
What to ask:
Do they need anything? Groceries? Water? Pet care?
What can you do to help? They may need someone to get their mail, or walk the dog for them.
Emotionally - how are they? Look for a good story to share! Lift their spirits with some good news.
