Most of your residents are practicing social distancing at home with free time. Offer up some ideas to keep them from getting bored! Remember, Self-Care comes in many forms!

  1. Try a new recipe. We love Minimalist Baker for her simple, yet DELICIOUS recipes. Like this 1-Pot Chicken Soup

  2. Deep clean your apartment and diffuse some essential oils for a mood booster.

  3. Try meditation. So many of us are glued to the news and our phones. Try taking 30 minutes to put away distractions and quiet our minds.

  4. Do a face mask. All those sheet masks you don’t have time for? Now you do.

  5. Read a book! Share some of your old favorites that residents can find online.
