Fitness Apps that Make Fitness at Home Possible

So your fitness center is closed for now. OK, what do you promote now???

Share some fitness apps with your residents that make it easy to maintain their fitness from home.

TIP: When sharing on social, tag the trainer’s or app’s account so residents can go directly there.

Here are a few of our faves:

  • Anna Victoria - @Annavictoria For the foreseeable future, she is offering 5 weeks FREE for new sign-ups that have been affected by COVID in any way. Her husband and family are Italian so she’s passionate about helping her community there. Code is DAJEITALIA (Go Italy)

  • Sweat - @kaylaitsines “Sweat” with Kayla Itsines and other great trainers! Perfect for at home, new mamas and all experience levels.

  • ASANA REBEL - @asanrebel Yoga at home. Save practices to create a program for yourself. There are practices for every experience level. (From one of our content contributors: I love it!! I can pick a session that fits the time I have available and they are always adding new ones.)

  • MyPlate App - Track your food and water intake to keep healthy!
