January 1 — New Year’s Day

Choose one word for your year. Keep it simple: calm, focus, growth, ease.

January 2 — Personal Trainer Awareness Day

Take the stairs once today (or walk the property for 5 minutes).

January 3 — National Oatmeal Month

Start your day with a warm, nourishing breakfast (oatmeal counts!).

January 4 — National Trivia Day

Play a 1-minute trivia quiz (Google “random trivia generator” and pick one!).

January 5 — National Bird Day

Step outside the office and take one deep breath. Notice any sounds around you.

Drink one extra cup of water. (Keep it that simple.)

January 7 — National Hot Tea Month

Make a comforting cup of tea at some point in your day.

Choose one corner and tidy it. Not the whole desk — just one spot.

January 13 — Rubber Ducky Day

Add something playful to your day (a sticker, a duck, a meme).

January 14 — Dress Up Your Pet Day

Take or share a cute pet photo (or admire a resident's!).

January 15 — Hat & Bagel Day

Celebrate yourself. Write down 3 ways you made someone’s day this month.

Treat yourself to something sweet (cake optional, joy required!).

Turn your phone on Do Not Disturb for 3 minutes and breathe.

January 29 — Puzzle Day

Do a tiny puzzle: a mini word search, sudoku, or brain teaser.
