DIGITAL TRAINING: HOW TO POST VIDEOS

If you love our new videos, but you’re not sure how to post them on your social pages, this post is for you!

Here is a step-by-step guide to download and use Sprout videos (and/or watch the video below):

1. From your smart phone, go to the video page and download the video of your choice

2. Tap the video and then click the "Download Button"

3. Then a new window will appear to ensure you want to download it. Click "Download" again.

4. Then go to your downloads in the top right corner and click the download icon.

5. Then click on the video that you want to download

6. The video will pop up and then you can click on the share icon.

7. Then select "Save Video"

8. Then go to Instagram and post as normal!
