PART 3: IG HIGHLIGHTS

If you haven’t taken advantage of IG highlights, now is the time. Think mini commercials shot with your own phone or camera that are raw and real. 

Here’s how to work those IG highlights:

Action Steps: 

  1. You will create categories for your property (think folder system) to market your property. 

    1. Maybe a highlight for:

      • Amenities

      • Each unit type

      • Community events

      • Resident praise + compliments

  2. Add covers to make them look more profesh and branded.

  3. If you already have IG highlights, audit them and see if they need a redo or some updating.

  4. Add an additional highlight folder to the mix that talks about your community, upcoming move-in day, and showcase which beds you have left.

    • This IG highlight needs to be the first highlight in your reel.

In a perfect world, a prospect sees you engaging on their page, they get curious and come check out your page. You want a highlighted folder with something relevant so that they don’t have to look around to see if this is a community they’re interested in.
