Feeling a little awkward about asking your residents for referrals? Now you don’t have to. We’re sharing a subtle and squishy (yep, we said squishy) way to get the referral without saying a word.

1. Order your pillows here.

2. Start strategically placing your pillows:

   • The couch in your community leasing area

   • On the chairs of your business center

   • In your movie theater room

3. Use the referral pillow as a photo prop

   • Have each team member take a picture with the pillow and post it to social media

   • Every time a resident refers, ask them to take a picture holding the pillow. This makes for an easy testimonial to encourage other residents to refer.
