Pumpkins & Prosecco
Gourd Times & Good Bubbles
Give residents a reason to stop by and raise a glass to fall with a quick, festive Pumpkins & Prosecco grab-and-go event. Residents can swing by, pick out a pumpkin, grab a chilled drink, and take home a little seasonal spirit. It’s an easy way to get residents gourd-ing into the fall season without requiring a big-time commitment.
How to host:
Set up a simple fall pickup station: Create a festive table with mini pumpkins or small carving pumpkins, depending on your budget and storage space. Add a few fall touches like hay bales, plaid fabric, or a simple “Pumpkins & Prosecco” sign to make the setup feel special without requiring much decorating.
Keep the grab-and-go offerings easy: Offer a chilled bottle or single-serve can of Prosecco for residents who are of legal drinking age, along with a pumpkin to take home. For a non-alcoholic option, include sparkling cider or another fall-friendly beverage so everyone can participate.
Make pickup quick and convenient: Invite residents to stop by during a set window, grab their pumpkin and drink, and head on their way. Consider offering a small bag or box for carrying everything home, especially if residents will be walking back to their apartment.
Why it works:
It’s festive without being time-consuming: Residents get to enjoy a little fall fun without committing to a full event, making it ideal for busy schedules and a grab-and-go community campaign.
The pairing feels memorable: Pumpkins & Prosecco make a naturally fun, photo-friendly combination that gives the event a seasonal personality and makes a simple resident giveaway feel more like an experience.
It encourages resident interaction: Even a quick pick up gives on-site teams an opportunity to greet residents, build connections, and create a little fall fizz throughout the community.
