Passport to Local - Neighborhood Edition

Residents get a Passport Card listing nearby spots (coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, parks, library, etc.). Each time they visit, they ask the business to sign/stamp the passport or they snap a selfie as proof. Completed passports can be turned in at the leasing office for a prize drawing.

🛍 How It Works

Distribute Passports
Hand them out at the leasing office, slip under doors, or email a printable PDF.
Each page has spaces for 6–10 “local adventures.”
Resident Adventures
Visit participating businesses (arrange with partners for a stamp/sticker) OR
If you don’t want to coordinate with vendors, residents can simply take a photo/selfie at the location and show it when turning in the passport.
Prize Drawing
Each “stamp” or selfie counts as one entry.
Bonus prize entries if residents complete the whole passport!
