Let love grow at your apartment with a fresh take on a plant bar. Here are two ways you can bring it to life:
Sips & Succulents Bar: Set up a bar of lemonade, sparkling water, and have small potted plants to take home.
Build-Your-Own Terrarium: Have a class where residents can build a terrarium while sipping some wine.
Pro Tip: It’s the perf time to talk renewals when your residents come by to grab their plant or grow kit. Have some renewal flyers handy to pair with their goodies!

“We discovered your Sips & Succulents event pack a few years ago, and it quickly became a favorite among our residents. We added our own little twist by having residents paint their own flowerpots before planting their succulents, and they absolutely loved it. It has since become one of our most requested events each spring.
For our setup, we typically purchase small succulent pots along with acrylic paints and brushes. We create snack trays and we offer a variety of wines for residents to taste test while they paint. The experience is always a big hit!
That said, your pre-designed materials truly make the event so much easier for us to execute. We especially love that the invitations, social media graphics, and event flyers are all ready to go-it saves us so much time and helps everything look polished and cohesive.”
