Did you check out the coffee outreach Daily Dose we gave you this month? This initiative is similar, except it’s geared towards follow-up. And here we go again with the coffee because coffee = life. BRING IT TO LIFE
Pick whether you want to mail out coffee packets or gift cards (or both if you like).
Put the item in the envelope of your choice (you can use the full page flyer in a regular envelope or the 1/4 page flyer in a tiny envelope) along with a customized flyer or an instantly downloadable flyer with a business card.
Put a fun stamp on it and mail it off!
Option: You can also put together some treat bags with coffee packets and have them in a big basket for your prospects to grab n go after they tour! Don’t forget to always pair the treat with a flyer.
Option: You can do a virtual “Thank You” by emailing your prospect a virtual gift card with the email banner we’ve provided above. Here is a mad lib that you can copy and paste should you decide to go that route:
